The Baseball section was added in 2009. It covers all of the affiliated leagues, plus some of the more stable independent leagues. As I write this in 2026, the leagues being covered are as follows: AA — American Association (Independent) ATL — Atlantic League (Independent) CAL — California League (A) CL — Carolina League (A) EL — Eastern League (AA) FSL — Florida State League (A) FL — Frontier League (Independent) IL — International League (AAA) ML — Mexican League (Independent) MWL — Midwest League (High A) NWL — Northwest League (High A) PL — Pioneer League (Independent) PCL — Pacific Coast League (AAA) SAL — South Atlantic League (High A) SL — Southern League (AA) TL — Texas League (AA) Those who have been reading my hockey reviews for years will notice that the penalties here have different values for the same violation, and that these values are generally higher. The reason for this is that I wanted to prevent ties a bit more than I have with the hockey reviews.
